Moldable beige color dough, without almond skins. 

Application :
- As a filling for tarts, pies, flans, cookies, muffins, strudels, croissants, chocolates, etc.;
- as an ingredient for baking almond pastries;
- for covering and a decorating cakes, wedding cakes, and other pastries;
- for moulding figurines and shapes.

Stores 1 year at room temperature.
